Its system is meant to be aware of personal context without collecting personal information in a conventional cloud-first way, and when outside models are involved, users are asked before their information is shared. Apple even provides transparency logging so users can export reports of requests handled through Private Cloud Compute and compatible third-party integrations. That is not accidental product dressing. That is strategic design.
